Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois- Willie joined the military after graduating from Chicago Vocational High School. As a Sergeant, he served for seven years in the United States Army- developing a strong work ethic and a keen understanding of how organizations function. After serving, Willie began working in the field of technology- absorbing new skillsets and forging his business savviness. His time spent working tirelessly for other companies was strategic, as Willie was simultaneously laying the groundwork to build and structure his own conglomerate.While working for another IT company, Willie had an encounter that would serve as a catalyst into entrepreneurship. That one encounter singlehandedly tested his integrity and character- forcing him to resign immediately, and then leap- breathing life into ETI. 

For over 20 years, Willie Jordan, a well-respected entrepreneur with an obtuse business acumen, has quietly built a successful technology empire. In June of 2003, Willie established Emerging TechnologyIntegrators, Limited (ETI), interrupting the Information Technology (IT)world and how it supplies security and technology to businesses of all sizes. In the same month that ETI launched, Willie triumphantly secured his first contract- worth 1M+, a true testament to his perseverance, vision, and leadership.

Under Willie’s guidance, ETI has secured top contracts from government sectors to national Hardware retailers. In addition to obtaining contracts,Willie’s vision for continued company enrichment has remained steadfast. In addition to IT contracts, ETI also provides start-up and established companies assistance when launching or restructuring their organization. Mentorship, training, and employees vested through ETI are readily available for companies looking to expand their presence, portfolio, and profits.
